Comment inscrire votre enfant

Si vous venez d’une autre école, certaines choses ici seront différentes. Nous expliquons tout simplement, étape par étape.

Ce qui est différent chez nous

  • Pas de test d’entrée. Nous ne testons pas votre enfant pour décider s’il peut entrer.
  • Des groupes de trois ans, pas des classes par âge unique. Vos enfants de 3-6, 6-9, 9-12, ou 12-15 ans apprennent ensemble. Les petits apprennent des grands, et les grands en enseignant, comprennent encore mieux.
  • Les repas et collations sont inclus dans les frais de scolarité. Pas de frais de cantine séparés.
  • Le matériel scolaire est inclus. Pas de liste de fournitures à acheter séparément (les élèves de 9 à 15 ans apportent simplement leur propre trousse avec leurs stylos préférés).

Notre calendrier: différent de ce que vous connaissez peut-être

Nous suivons un calendrier scolaire de l’hémisphère sud, adapté aux saisons de Madagascar:

  • Semestre I: janvier à juin
  • Semestre II: août à décembre

Nos bureaux sont fermés chaque année du 1er au 15 juillet, ainsi que trois semaines en fin d’année (cette année, du 21 décembre 2026 au 8 janvier 2027). Nous traitons les inscriptions et réinscriptions juste avant et juste après ces périodes.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour inscrire votre enfant

Pas de test. Voici simplement ce que nous demandons:

  • Le formulaire d’inscription complété (un formulaire par enfant)
  • Les dossiers scolaires précédents de votre enfant, s’il a déjà été scolarisé ailleurs. Cela nous aide simplement à savoir d’où il part, ce n’est pas un test.
  • Le formulaire médical de l’élève, à faire remplir par votre médecin
  • Une preuve d’assurance scolaire ARO (nous vous indiquerons la date limite au moment de l’inscription)
  • Un dépôt d’inscription de 250 000 Ar par enfant (non remboursable, et non déduit des frais de scolarité), par Mvola au +261 38 73 158 05 ou par virement bancaire. Envoyez ensuite une capture d’écran ou une preuve de paiement par WhatsApp ou par email.
  • Votre premier paiement de scolarité, selon le plan de paiement choisi (nous vous indiquerons la date limite au moment de l’inscription)

Nous acceptons les inscriptions toute l’année, selon les places disponibles.

La classe des 3-6 ans est presque complète. Des places restent disponibles dans les autres classes.

How to enroll your child

If you’re coming from another school, some things here will be different. We explain everything simply, step by step.

What’s different here

  • No entrance test. We don’t test your child to decide whether they can get in.
  • Three-year age groups, not single-grade classes. Your child learns alongside 3-6, 6-9, 9-12, or 12-15 year-olds. Younger children learn from older ones, and older children understand even better by teaching.
  • Meals and snacks are included in tuition. No separate canteen fees.
  • School supplies are included. No separate supply list to buy (students ages 9-15 just bring their own pencil case with their preferred pens).

Our calendar: different from what you might be used to

We follow a Southern Hemisphere school calendar, matched to Madagascar’s seasons:

  • Term I: January to June
  • Term II: August to December

Our offices close every year from July 1 to July 15, and for three weeks at the end of the year (this year, December 21, 2026 to January 8, 2027). We process enrollments and re-enrollments right before and right after these periods.

What you need to enroll your child

No testing. Here’s simply what we ask for:

  • Completed enrollment form (one per child)
  • Your child’s previous school records, if they’ve attended school before. This just helps us know where they’re starting from, it’s not a test.
  • Student medical form, filled out by your doctor
  • Proof of ARO school insurance (we’ll give you the deadline when you enroll)
  • A registration deposit of 250,000 Ar per child (non-refundable, and not deducted from tuition), via Mvola at +261 38 73 158 05 or by bank transfer. Then send a screenshot or proof of payment via WhatsApp or email.
  • Your first tuition payment, based on your chosen payment plan (we’ll give you the deadline when you enroll)

Once completed, email all documents to info@sekolykintana.org.

  • Tafiditra ny fitaovam-pianarana. Tsy misy lisitry ny entana hovidina misaraka (ny mpianatra 9 ka hatramin’ny 15 taona dia mitondra fotsiny ny trousse manokana misy ny penina tiany).

Ny kalandrianay: tsy mitovy amin’izay mety fantatrao

Manaraka kalandrie sekoly amin’ny hemisfera atsimo izahay, mifanaraka amin’ny vanim-potoana any Madagasikara:

  • Semestra I: janoary ka hatramin’ny jona
  • Semestra II: aogositra ka hatramin’ny desambra

Mikatona isan-taona ny biraonay manomboka ny 1 ka hatramin’ny 15 jolay, ary telo herinandro amin’ny faran’ny taona (amin’ity taona ity, ny 21 desambra 2026 ka hatramin’ny 8 janoary 2027).
