Ce que nous sommes, c’est une école composée d’éducateurs et de coachs formés, sélectionnés pour leur état d’esprit et leur capacité à grandir, pas nécessairement pour leur diplôme d’origine. Nous investissons dans une formation interne continue, et nous travaillons étroitement avec une consultante Montessori certifiée.
Nous fonctionnons en tant qu’association à but non lucratif. Nous versons des salaires justes à notre personnel, et nous cotisons pour eux à la CNAPS, à l’OSIET, et à l’IRSA. Tout notre personnel est sous contrat. Les frais de scolarité financent directement la qualité de l’enseignement que reçoit votre enfant, pas autre chose.

Sciences et arts intégrés
Chez Sekoly Kintana, les sciences ne sont jamais enseignées isolément des arts. Un enfant qui observe la biodiversité malgache dessine, construit, et mesure aussi ce qu’il découvre. Cette intégration, où la rigueur scientifique rencontre l’expression créative, reflète notre curriculum STEAM+: sciences, technologie, ingénierie, arts, et mathématiques, tissés ensemble plutôt qu’enseignés en cases séparées.

Construire ses connaissances, pas les mémoriser
Un enfant qui manipule des unités concrètes avant de voir un chiffre écrit comprend réellement ce qu’est un nombre. Un enfant qui explore une notion avant qu’on la lui explique la retient en profondeur. C’est le principe fondateur de notre pédagogie: l’enfant construit sa propre compréhension, avec un accompagnement attentif, plutôt que de recevoir un savoir tout fait à mémoriser.

Les premiers sons
Avant même de reconnaître une lettre, l’enfant chez Sekoly Kintana maîtrise son son. Cette méthode phonétique, où l’on commence toujours par le son avant le symbole, construit une compréhension solide de la lecture, dans la langue la plus forte de l’enfant.

Are we expensive?
What we are is a school built on trained educators and coaches, selected for their mindset and capacity to grow, not necessarily their original degree. We invest in ongoing internal training, and we work closely with a certified Montessori consultant.
We operate as a nonprofit association. We pay our staff fair salaries, and we contribute on their behalf to CNAPS, OSIET, and IRSA. All our staff are on formal contracts. Tuition funds directly go toward the quality of education your child receives, not toward anything else.

Science and art, integrated
At Sekoly Kintana, science is never taught apart from art. A child observing Madagascar’s biodiversity also draws it, builds it, measures it. A child who manipulates concrete units before ever seeing a written number truly understands what a number is. A child who explores an idea before being told about it retains it deeply.
