Alison is the heart and vision behind Sekoly Kintana. A certified professional coach (PCC & ACC, ICF) with a background in anthropology and over 10 years of coaching experience, she is currently completing her Master’s in K–12 Education. Alison creates safe, enriching spaces where children and adults thrive through socio-emotional learning, STEAM, and a curriculum that centers Malagasy and African identity. She is deeply committed to early literacy in both Malagasy and English, and to education that is culturally empowering.

She is training our guides and assistants in Montessori lessons, environment preparation, and early literacy — including the Sounds & Shapes Reading Curriculum. Joyful, insightful, and deeply skilled, Meg is helping us build the foundation for Sekoly Kintana to become a model Montessori school in Madagascar.

We are actively seeking a dedicated educational coach to support our 9 to 12 students. This person will work alongside students as they pursue online coursework, develop writing in French and English, deepen their mathematics, and engage in project-based learning, geography studies across Malagasy, French, and English, and additional foreign languages. Above all, they will ensure that every student has what they need to succeed.

They will be a steady, knowledgeable presence who ensures no student is left without support.
